Light Fantastic* is the joint venture of Anita Childs and Deborah Trafford. We are based in Norwich, Norfolk in the UK.
We specialise in day retreat experiences using the gift of meditation as a tool for growth and development to inspire and empower you.
As the pace of change on the planet increases, on physical and spiritual levels, it is important for us to be both grounded and more integrated with our higher self or greater consciousness. Meditation techniques are a wonderful tool for achieving these states. We use beautiful guided visualisations , journey meditations and have selected easy and effective techniques for achieving a meditative state such as: mindfulness, using the breath, chanting mantras, qi gung and sound vibrations.
We recognise that everyone has their own path and so our aim is to provide you with opportunities for experiencing a variety of techniques. You will then be able to identify what feels right for you in a peaceful, relaxing environment.
Each meditation workshop and retreat day benefits from two presenters, Anita and Deborah. Past participants have found that this keeps the day balanced and interesting. We bring perspectives and insights; many of which have evolved through our own learning and development and share them with you.
