Workshops And Retreat Days For 2012
Each of our workshops and retreat days have a particular theme. The meditations are designed around this theme and we also include certain techniques and exercises to
further develop and support the particular
process of the day.
As our work has developed we have noticed that there are certain elements that are fundamental to any of our workshops or retreat days so we now include these each day. They are breathing exercises - of various types; Chi Gung exercises and Do In (an energetic physical excercise which stimulates energy flow in the body).
Experiencing meditation, in its many forms, is the single most profound and effective way to connect with your inner wisdom, higher consciousness and universal divine light, bringing creativity, insights and harmony
on all levels of being.
Meditating within a group multiplies these benefits and enhances your experience.
If you find that you are currently experiencing significant shifts in your life then you will find that the day retreats are very supportive and loving spaces.
Often our spiritual journey presents us with opportunities that bring to light previously hidden aspects of ourselves and we gain new perspectives. As we work through this we may experience a ‘spiritual wobble’ finding ourselves in need of a calm space in which to rebalance, relax and shift gently into a new way of being and seeing the flow of life’s gifts and challenges.

Build Your Confidence in Meditation:
Being able to meditate is a wonderful art and experienced practitioners say that it is life enhancing and health promoting on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
Are you new to meditation?Or have you tried meditation and struggled to sustain the calm, tranquil space within?
This gentle introduction to meditation will give you the quiet space and opportunities to try different methods of meditation to build your confidence and find out what suits you best. We will give you techniques to calm mental chatter and focus on the moment including: using the breath, counting, using sound, guided visualisation and more.
Enjoy peace, calm and relaxation in a comfortable small group.
If you already practice meditation you are most welcome to join us and enjoy a day of
peace and tranquillity.
Awaken Your Inner Healer: Day Retreat
This workshop was in March 2011 and as one of our most popular retreat days we will run it again in 2012 so keep a look out for the new dates later this year or request us to put you on our emailing list (contact us)

In this day retreat meditation experience we bring you our beautiful, powerful guided imagery and journey meditations using the concept of the ‘Inner Healer’ to inspire and empower you to connect with your higher self and your inner wisdom and encourage healing on all levels. We will look at how thoughts and intentions can influence your health for the better and experience techniques to sense and move energy around the body.
Experience energising tools and techniques such as: sound and mantras;
sensing and raising the body’s vibration.
Healing and spiritual development is unique and personal to the individual so we offer various approaches to meditation that enhance healing.
We aim to give you a variety of experiences, perspectives, tools and techniques to maximise
your potential for well-being.
This workshop can empower you to be an active participant in your own well-being. The workshop material is in no way intended to take the place of conventional medical treatment.
Frequency Flow and Balance:
This is our exciting new retreat day developed in 2011, in which we combine the calm, focused techniques of meditation with the creative potential of sound. We use the beautiful evocative tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with chimes,
drum and rainstick.
We love to use vocal chanting of mantras and toning
to generate strong, flowing healing vibrations.
This immersion in healing sound infuses your body and energy field with vibrations that balance,
harmonise and raise your personal frequency
bringing a sense of flow and renewal.
This day retreat is designed to be ‘the calm in the eye of the storm’ and in the lightness of being that
you will experience you will "find an oasis of calm within; where, out of uncertainty and the unknown we can connect with the fountain of all possibility".
